Job Summary
The BDC (Business Development Center) representative at Findlay Cadillac ensures customer inquiries and service appointments are addressed efficiently for maximum customer satisfaction. Through strongly customer-focused interactions via phone, fax, email, and other methods, the BDC representative identifies potential sales opportunities and works to ensure customers' service-related needs are met.

Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and service appointment calls professionally in a timely manner
Understand customer needs and strive to meet them by providing accurate information and recommendations
Recommend services based on customer needs
Understand special concerns that customers may have and address accordingly
Move customer inquiries along the sales process as needed
Research and maintain knowledge of products and services
Enter customer information into the dealership systems
Keep the service team up-to-date on customer requests
Requirements
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexibility for scheduling and the ability to anticipate customer needs
Understanding of customer service principles and practices
Basic computer proficiency
At least 1-2 years of sales or service background.
