Job DescriptionAutomotive Sales Representative will increase business sales, by understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities. Maximize profits through developing customized solutions for clients; ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining ongoing relationships with customers and resolving issues in a timely manner. Will lead all truck and equipment parts procurement strategies and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Greet and respond to our client base in a welcoming manner.
- Present both products and financial options to satisfy clients.
- Use our customer relation software to follow up with clients.
- Responsibility for finding, evaluating, and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring we buy good at best value.
- Making outbound calls, texting, and emailing.
- Meet monthly sales goals and quotas.
- Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity.
- Bill of sales, PO’s and administrative duties.
- Truck & equipment sales
- Prepare proposals and cost estimates in accordance with company guidelines.
- Contributes to the effectiveness of the sales & business development team, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.
- Reports weekly tracking of sales calls and opportunities.
- Parts recovery
- Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience with truck/equipment sales mandatory
Experience:
- Must be 21 year of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years sales and supply chain experience.
