Qualifications
Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
A great listener and not afraid to strike up conversations
Organized and detail oriented
Self-starter with a drive to be the best
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Clean driving record and a valid non-suspended driver’s license
Background check and drug screen
Previous Automotive Sales experienced preferred
Bilingual highly recommended. but not required
Responsibilities
Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life with daily follow up
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Perform all sales steps 100% of the time from the meet and greet to delivery of the vehicle
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles
Follow-up with buyers to ensure customer is Completely Satisfied with the vehicle and answer any questions they may have
Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Prospecting with our CRM tool and setting appointments on a daily basis to grow customer base
Must complete GM quarterly training and maintain above standard Customer Satisfaction in order to remain in good standing with company guidelines as well as qualify for factory bonuses
