Our award-winning dealership is looking for a sales leader to represent America's top-selling SUV, Trucks and Electrified Vehicles. Responsibilities
- Develops relationships with customers to build a client-base for life
- Exhibits consultative selling skills and assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Continuously develops product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority; knows the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
- Performs high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Follows up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learns to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Reports directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyzes
- Brings ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work every single day
Qualifications
- Reliable, self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
- Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs; eager to improve
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic.
- You have strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- You have at least one year of prior employment involving customer-facing service or telephone contact.
- You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude.
- You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
- You have strong computer, phone and multitasking skills.
