We are offering 5 Automotive Sales positions for anyone who has a great attitude and is ready to help our amazing customers with the purchase of a new or previously owned vehicle!
In addition to our standard sales training, we are also providing a training investment worth $2000/month at NO CHARGE!
All you have to do is show up with a great attitude and be on time!

What We Offer
- Store Hours: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm and Saturday 8:30am-5pm. Closed Sundays.
- Starting pay at $25/hr with growth opportunities to $50/hr
- **Aggressive commissionable pay plan available for those with proven experience**

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent Customer Service to everyone.
- Minimum of 20 daily phone calls to prospects and clientele.
- Daily activity prospecting from Auto Alert, Service Drive and Service Lounge.
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop product and sales knowledge with ongoing coaching.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up phone calls with all prospects and customers.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
- Ready to learn new products and eager to improve.
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
