The mission of an Automotive Sales Consultant is to maximize their individual sales performance by generating appointments with customers that contact the dealership to purchase a new and/or pre-owned vehicle. The goal is to accomplish this while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
· Generate sales appointments and assist customers upon arrival with their car buying needs
· Ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful relationships with customers
· Strong negotiation skills
· Detail-oriented, precise organization and exceptional follow-up skills
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
Requirements:
· Automotive retail sales experience preferred
· Valid driver’s license
· Valid salesperson license
· Background check/Drug test screening
· Basic computer skills
· Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
