The ideal candidates for Automotive Sales Associate will have a strong desire to succeed, be highly motivated, technology driven and possess excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will also have an outgoing personality with expertise at developing and maintaining relationships along with being committed to creating a great buying and ownership experience for our customers.

Previous auto Sales Associate experience is a plus but NOT A REQUIREMENT for this position. We will consider candidates with other sales experience. Those with experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, account executive, financial services, and mortgage and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to Auto Sales.

Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed!!! We offer a 90-day, $3000 per month guarantee. After 90 days, a $3500 monthly guarantee on sales of 8 full units.
