**Job Description:**
As a Buy Here Pay Here Salesperson at AutoNow, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with credit challenges in obtaining reliable transportation. You will be responsible for establishing rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process. **Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers seeking financing options.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their budget and transportation needs.
- Explain financing options and terms to customers, ensuring transparency and clarity.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the finance department to secure loan approvals.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and pricing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous sales experience, preferably in Automotive Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers and build trust.
- Basic understanding of finance and loan processes.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
