SalaryMetroWest is hiring a Registry Clerk to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Manages vehicle documentation, including tax and title information, registrations, etc.
- Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
- Manages contractual documentation with financial institutions
- Builds relationship and communications with dealership personnel
- Process title work with CVR or DMV in a timely manner
- Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications
- Observes all Federal, Local and Company policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
- Process all dealer trade worksheets necessary for transferring units to related parties / other dealers
- Performs other duties as assigned and as business needs dictate
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Automotive Registry experience preferred
- Dealership experience preferred and CDK experience a plus.
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Have a team-oriented attitude and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
- Proficient communication and organization skills
- Ability to follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
