Position Summary

CarParts.com is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Product Photographer who has a passion for both photography and the automotive industry. The right person for this position appreciates and understands how to best showcase the beauty of quality automotive parts and accessories.

The ideal photographer will be able to produce striking and consistent photos in a studio environment for our e-commerce website, using current guidelines while also helping to develop workflows with the next generation of processes and technology. Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail, processes, adaptive thinking, and is drawn to a structured environment that will allow career and personal growth.

In this role, you will manage, shoot, and ensure color accuracy of product photos of both new and old items in our inventory. The images you produce will be used for our online catalog, social media, and various marketing campaigns.

This position is onsite at our Grand Prairie, Texas, Distribution Center.

Important Responsibilities of the Job:

• Shoot product photography of car parts in a studio environment

• Utilize existing and help develop new automated workflows and templates

• Clean and style products on set

• Periodically shoot video and/or photos of the distribution center and staff as needs arise

• Work in a collaborative environment with other team members

• Love cars and anything automotive

Requirements:

• Lighting and product photography experience is strongly preferred; editing and color correction is a plus
