Automotive Pre Owned Manager

Job Summary
Volvo Cars of Queens is searching for an experienced Automotive Pre-Owned Manager with exceptional motor vehicle management and customer service skills. This full time position is based in Bayside, New York with a competitive salary of $100000 to $160000 per year. This position will be responsible for leading and managing operations, restructuring processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work on a team and be involved in all aspects of new and Pre Owned sales.  You are self lead, reliable and have incredible positive energy. You love the car business and enjoy leading a sales team to great success ! 
Compensation & Benefits
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of $100000 to $160000 per year, paid weekly, and other benefits which may include health care and retirement funds.
Responsibilities
• Lead dealership operations team by providing strategic advice and instruction to meet overall dealership objectives.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers to promote Volvo Cars of Queens.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with pre-owned vehicles and services.
• Restructure existing processes to improve operations and meet customer needs.
• Develop targets for the team to meet (i.e., sales and customer satisfaction)
• Lead a team of salespeople to meet dealership targets.
• Conduct training and workshops on how to be successful in selling pre-owned vehicles and services.
• Set performance goals and manage performance of staff.
• Stay abreast of the current trends in the automotive industry.
• Identify strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and complaints.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of professional automotive (pre-owned) experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and customer service best practices.
• Ability to develop and motivate team members.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that result in successful performance.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
