Job Description
H&K Chevrolet Inc. is seeking an energetic Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team in Continental, Ohio. In this customer service-oriented position, you will be responsible for providing parts advice, support, and ordering to our customers and service team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, ranging from $18 to $20 an hour and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities:
– Serve as a go-to source of knowledge for all parts inquiries
– Consult with clients on Automotive Parts queries and vehicle requirements
– Receive and verify orders, ensuring timely delivery of the proper parts
– Provide ordering assistance to service technicians
– Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts, discuss options, and create product orders
– Continuously update product knowledge
– Work closely and collaboratively with the service and sales teams
– Maintain accurate parts inventory
– Comply with all safety and security procedures
Requirements:
– High School Diploma/GED
– Highly organized and proficient in computer use
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong customer service skills
