Salary```Duties``` - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues - Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services to customers - Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Maintain open communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles - Process customer payments and provide receipts ```Experience``` - Previous experience in automotive service or repair industry preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Knowledge of auto body repair, tire service, alignment, air brake, brake repair, and automotive diagnostics is a plus - Experience in service writing or auto service management is highly desirable Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
