 Industrial Sand Blaster - 1st & 2nd shifts1st Shift  

• Monday-Thursday 5:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Friday 5:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.---OT
• Saturday Optional OT as available

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday 4:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m.
• Voluntary OT on Fridays
•  $2.50/hr Shift Differential

Full-time temp to hire. 
JOB DESCRIPTION
Preps manufactured products and truck equipment to be painted. Maintains work area in a clean, organized manner. Responsible for maintaining paint equipment.  Work closely with painters
Essential Functions

• Reads and follows plans, material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.
• Manipulate parts so that all applicable surface are able to be blasted either manually, using a crane, or using a forklift.
• Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from metal surfaces
• Set up and operate a blast equipment
• Load and unload the blast cabinet
• Assist with painting or coating as needed
• Prepares parts and equipment for painting by removing any loose blast media, masking, caulking, or sealing seams as directed.
• Maintains work area, equipment and supplies in neat, organized manner.
• Final inspection of finished work and timely completion of associated paperwork.
