Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase Fixed Operations profitability and efficiency
- Work closely with the Dealership General Managers to ensure alignment with overall dealership goals and objectives
- Oversee and manage the performance of multiple service, parts, and collision centers within the region
- Monitor and analyze departmental financial and operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and all relevant laws and regulations
- Hire, train, and motivate Fixed Operations staff to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction
- Conduct regular meetings with department managers to review performance, discuss goals, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and implement strategies that will increase efficiency and profitability within the Fixed Operations departments
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fixed Operations management with multiple rooftops in the auto industry
- Proven track record of increasing profitability and efficiency within Fixed Operations departments
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in analyzing and interpreting financial data and reports
- Knowledge of dealership management systems and experience with inventory management
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to service, parts, and collision centers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and extensive travel as needed
