Responsibilites
- Oversee and organize customer files.
- Maintain confidential customer and company information.
- Establish and maintain strong relations with our accounting, sales and managers.
- Maintain accurate daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end folders.
- Maintain professional demeanor and appearance, as well as, keep work area organized.
- Fill in as Receptionist when needed.
- Employee may be required to perform other job duties as assigned.
- Work well in a fast pace environment.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions coworkers, vendors.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative/secretarial experience a plus!
- Prior experience working in automotive industry desired
- Proficient at operating a personal computer including Microsoft Office: E-mail, Excel and Word.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Great attitude with high-energy personality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail a must!
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
