Primary Purpose of the Position:
As the Corporate Recruiter, we are on the lookout for the very 'best of the best,' and your role is instrumental in the organization's daily recruitment endeavors. Your primary focus is to identify and recruit top-tier individuals, contributing significantly to meeting established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your key responsibilities involve attracting highly qualified candidates for roles within the service, sales, and other departments. This entails close collaboration with hiring managers, advocating for new employees, and staying well-informed about position requirements to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate resumes to determine eligibility for phone screenings.
- Grass roots recruitment tactician. Roles the Corporate Recruiter will fill include Technicians, AP/AR, Sales Associates, positions typically found in a large automotive dealership.
- Source suitable candidates through various channels, including databases, online forums, and social media.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to review and assess candidates in the applicant tracking system.
- Anticipate future hiring needs, developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Enhance the company's reputation as an attractive employment opportunity.
- Extend verbal offers of employment and negotiate salaries.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with hiring managers, generating employee referrals.
- Keep hiring managers informed about ongoing recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with the HR team to update them on candidates in the hiring pipeline.
- Participate in job fairs and post job openings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, with 5 years' recruiting experience in-house or at an agency, including upward movement. Automotive industry experience is a plus.
- Proven experience working closely with hiring managers and building successful partnerships.
- Knowledge of recruitment KPIs, including time to fill and others.
- Successful track record in high-volume recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HRIS.

Occasional travel to other stores in the organization may be necessary.

$85,000-$95,000 plus annual bonus
