About this role:

We are looking for a dynamic leader for our Marketing Automation team. This role leverages your expertise in campaign execution and marketing automation as you gather requirements and translate nurture campaign goals into technical execution using marketing automation, web chatbot and sales nurture cadences.  You are passionate about building best-in-class performing nurture campaigns to create interactive, personalized experiences for prospects and customers that create quality demand efficiently at scale. 

 

What you will do:

  • Work with marketing teams on the approach and development of campaigns to support nurture, scoring, and data management
  • Responsible for translating campaign goals into technical execution of Global Nurture programs and email builds in Marketo
  • Leverage the web chatbot platform, working with a cross-functional team, to create inviting calls-to-action, manage all playbooks, and book qualified meetings for the sales development reps
  • Interact regularly with sales development reps & management to develop and execute Sales nurture cadences, and identify the language for use in web chatbot playbooks
  • Act as subject matter expert liaison to marketing team and ensure that sales teams have materials and training needed to be successful within web chatbot and Sales engagement cadences
  • Ability to work cross-departmentally to obtain critical information and satisfy internal stakeholders. 

 

What you need to succeed:

  • 8 years progressive marketing related experience with at least five years of marketing automation experience
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing automation and inbound/outbound best practices
  • Have a clear understanding of the following areas: the framework of campaigns, lead routing, and data management between sales and marketing systems
  • Technical aptitude: Have worked with highly complex processes and a large MarTech stack; ability to understand technologies and how to leverage them to achieve desired results
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing is a plus
  • Intermediate proficiency in multichannel digital marketing and its interdependence with marketing automation.
  • Expert proficiency in marketing automation and CRM: strategies, tactics, best practices, project management and results
  • Excellent independent project management and self-starter skills and experience working in and communicating in a cross-functional matrixed organization.
  • You have deep experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred)
  • You have experience designing web chatbot playbooks (ie, Drift, Intercom, Qualified)
  • You have experience designing cadences in a sales engagement platform (ie, Outreach, Salesloft)
  • You are proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or journalism preferred

The salary range for this position is $105,000 – $150,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
