Automation Engineer

12+ Month Contract - Green River, WY
Client is reimbursing meals per diem and lodging (GSA) ON TOP of hourly rate.

Looking for someone with Rockwell/Siemens Migration experience
Mining strong preferred. Must be heavy industrial at the least.

• The successful candidate will provide application/control systems design and development for systems of varied complexity to support capital plant and maintenance engineering projects.
• Will be required to develop technical solutions and evaluate alternative system solutions that meet best practices and corporate requirements.
• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 years controls experience
• Requires a high level of technical knowledge as well as excellent leadership, interpersonal, employee and demonstrated client relationship skills
• Preferred knowledge of PLC and DCS languages such as Allen Bradley, ABB, Yokogawa, Siemens, Delta V and Galil
• Requires a thorough understanding of the capabilities and limitations of various DCS and PLC software packages and general automated engineering and design equipment to effectively direct their use for diverse engineering assignments
