ABOUT THE POSITION:  Are you an innovative and intelligent risk taker who enjoys working with robotics, PLC and HMI programming and integration? This may be the engineering role for you! Bring your project management and controls design / programming skills to create amazing solutions for our customers in the world of lighting products!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: To start off, you’ll have either a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent!) You’ll have 3-5+ years in a design and manufacturing environment with 2-3+ years in direct-related controls design and programming.  You’ll geek out as you’ll be able to use your PLC and HMI programming with multiple platforms, including Siemens and Allen-Bradley. • Providing recommendations for capital improvement projects that are cost justifiable
  • Troubleshooting, training, and providing general support for robots & PLC based equipment that manufacturing engineering does not have the technical experience or expertise on

You will PERFORM by:

  • Evaluating and solving production-processing related problems utilizing equipment, tooling, fixturing, and/or automaton experience
  • Planning, scheduling, and implementing capital improvement projects on time while meeting project metrics
  • Defining critical project criteria to ensure project completion
  • Providing Quality RMA support to resolve quality related issues with equipment and/or technology

We offer competitive wages and the following great benefits:

  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance

  • Paid time off, including Vacation, Sick & Personal Time, and 11 paid Holidays
