Position Summary :

This position exists to ensure the quality of IT products for business users by resolving business solutions. Performs and leaeds tests of software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents and works to resolve all complex problems. Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations. Acts as information resource about assigned areas to others. Performs complex work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements.

Required Qualifications :

4+ years of solid QA experience in a IT Industry .
2+ years experience as a Functional Tester
2+ years experience delivering assignments within specified time frames, adhering to all established methodologies, standards and guidelines individually and/or as the QA lead of a project team

Preferred Qualifications :

2+ years Quality Center, QTP/Winrunner, RFT and Test Director experience
5+ years of creating test scenarios and scripts from Business Requirements and Process documents
2+ years serving in a role as a Lead tester overseeing the work of QA teams
Skilled in creating test plans, identifying and reporting defects and conducting code/technical analysis
Deep knowledge of and experience with a wide range of software test engineering concepts: testing principles and concepts building a test environment, tracking defects and making corrections, and assessing testing status; tester’s role in software development and acquisition, risk analysis, and acceptance testing; test management, planning processes, design, automation, performance & reporting
Experience working with/in defect issue reporting tools, SDLC/ISO 9000/CMMI required; experience using automated testing tools is preferred

Education :

Bachelor degree or High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$72,100.00 - $144,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
