LOCATION: American Games (504 34th Avenue Council Bluffs, IA)
What You'll Do
This position is a full-time permanent position in a manufacturing environment. This position will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing of charitable and lottery gaming products, including pull-tab tickets (break-open tickets) and bingo paper.
This position will play a key role in assisting in the operation and troubleshooting of the gluing machine.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Clear mis-feeds as necessary.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Work in a safe manner.
- Rotate to fill other positions as needed.
- Able to operate Pallet Flipper.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's Degree required or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Technical training specific to responsibilities
- 2 to 5 years' work experience
- Ability to supervise others
- Ability to direct subordinates and/or crew, if applicable
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to objectively review information pertinent to position
- Effective in time management
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner within a fast paced environment
- Ability to apply strong attention to detail and produce work with accuracy
- Ability to work independently and self-direct work, and in a team oriented environment
- Aptitude to learn new computer software
- Ability to prioritize workflow, maintain schedules and follow up to meet deadlines
- Ability to work well in a diverse environment.
- External candidates must be a US Citizen/Permanent Resident.
