Job Description:
The potential candidate will support utility project engineers and project managers in drafting electric distribution projects, including but not limited to deteriorated poles, structure replacements, OH-UG conversions, reconductors and circuit rebuilds.
This person will utilize AutoCAD to draft these projects and will be responsible to take a project from inception (scope of work) and see it through to construction.
Additional responsibilities also include collaborating w/internal or external departments to ensure permitting, traffic control plans and/or real estate records are requested and/or are appropriately reflected on work sketch. Familiarity with survey and/or civil design work.

This is a WFH position so excellent communication skills, transparency and reliability is a must.
Qualifications:
Proficient in AutoCAD
2+ Years Relevant Experience
Prior utility, structural or civil experience is preferred but not required
**Candidate should have reliable internet and workspace to complete work from home. We will
provide laptop or workstation with utility specific programs, access and shared drives.
Programs:
AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, SAP, MS Office, Google Maps, Various file sharing programs.
