This position is for Alabama Land Surveyors, INC. Located in downtown Prattville, Alabama.
We are seeking a person either with or without experience to work with AutoCAD Civil 3D to perform land survey drawings and process drone data.
Candidates must be self starters on projects and willing to ask questions when issues arise. If the incubant has no experience in this field, we are willing to train to suit, from scratch.
We primarily work on our drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D, but are also working with drone data that gives us LiDAR and photogrammetic points cloud data we use in our surveys. We process this data through Agisoft Metashape and Virtual Surveyor, to include a number of various other programs.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned survey drafter, however we are also interested in hiring a Troy Geomatics graduate or someone without experience that is willing to learn a new skill set that wants to move into a new career field. We are willing to do full time or internships.
Pay depends upon experience.
