Auto Technician

A & T Automotive Service in Huntsville, AL is looking for one Auto Technician to join our 7 person strong team. We are located on 109 8 Th St Nw. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Examine cars based on customer statements and determine appropriate repairs needed
• Present and explain estimates to complete repairs
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, checking fluid levels and rotating or balancing tires
• Replace or repair worn parts as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an auto mechanic a plus
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of tools and equipment being used to repair vehicles
• Strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $27.00 - $40.00/hour.
