Benton Nissan is looking to hire Automotive Technicians to join our fast-growing team. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in automotive maintenance, diagnosis, and repair. ASE certifications are preferred but not required. Our ideal candidate should feel adequate to work individually or as a team leader. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, dependable, career minded, and very motivated.
Full Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Diagnoses, maintain, and repairs vehicles effectively
- Communicates directly with the Shop Foreman, Service Advisors to inform their customers of the services needed.
-Test drives vehicles when necessary.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
Experience:
- Strong background in automotive maintenance and repair.
- Must have your own tools
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
-ASE Certification or Graduated with an Associate Automotive Degree or equivalent (not mandatory on date of hire)
-2 years’ experience as an automotive experience a plus
-Knowledge of shop equipment such as tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
-Must be organized to maintain accurate records.
-Excellent communication skills and customer service skills .
Requirements:
- Be eligible to work in the US
- Valid driver's license
- Pass all Pre-Hire Background Checks
