We are hiring for an A Mechanic. This is a starting point for a Lead Position in a shop that does 75% mechanical work.
Staring rate is $40 hourly, with an opportunity to earn $8 - $12 in an hourly bonus paid monthly. This is not a flat rate position. On Target earnings exceed $100k/ year, with Bonuses included.
Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance on cars and light trucks.
- Diagnostics, interest in future EV and Hybrid training, and support to Service Team (important).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed while working in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to learn and retain specific procedures trained on the job.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn new repairs each day as needed with training.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
