Our company is growing and we are searching for Auto glass technicians to repair/replace windshields and/or various other windows in a wide variety of vehicles. They may also be involved in the calibration of ADAS systems. We are hiring for in-shop technicians and mobile technicians. Here at Simbol Auto Glass, we are hiring both experienced technicians and trainees willing to learn the trade.
Minimum requirements:
Minimum requirements:
- Prior experience is preferred in Auto Glass repair/replacement on all types of vehicles.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with management, co-workers, and customers
- Understands a commitment of high quality service to all customers
Physical requirements:
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to frequently lift over 25 pounds
- Requires motion entailing bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Examine vehicles for any damages prior to performing any type of work on the vehicle
- Inspect all new glass for any flaws before performing any work on the vehicle
- Using proper techniques to remove damaged glass without causing additional damage to vehicle
- Use of proper techniques to install glass
- Handle glass in a safe and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with customers
- Other duties as assigned by the shop manager
