Salary```Duties:```
- Assess and estimate the cost of automotive repairs and services
- Inspect vehicles to identify necessary repairs and maintenance
- Collaborate with customers to understand their concerns and vehicle issues
- Provide detailed explanations of repair estimates to customers
- Create accurate and comprehensive repair orders for technicians
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts
- Monitor the progress of repairs and communicate updates to customers
- Ensure that repairs are completed within the estimated time frame
- Maintain accurate records of all repair orders and customer interactions
```Qualifications:```
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
- Experience in diesel engine repair is highly desirable
- Previous experience in service writing or auto service management is a plus
- Ability to upsell additional services and products to customers
- Familiarity with air brake systems is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Cash handling experience is preferred

Pay: $50,997.50 - $61,416.35 per year
