- 7:30am – 4pm, 5-day work week with rotating Saturdays once per month - CLOSED ON SUNDAYS!
Responsibilities - Receptionist:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner, screen and forward incoming calls to the appropriate area; take and relay accurate messages
- Perform general clerical duties to support the operation of daily business
- Perform other duties as requested
Requirements - Receptionist:
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Dependable and friendly with excellent telephone manners
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
- Able to multi-task and solve problems
