Apex Auto Center is looking for an experienced Automotive Damage Appraiser. Candidates must be organized and have great communication skills with willingness to complete multiple tasks at the same time. Work as a team and help those around whether it is co-workers, vendors, insurance companies, and other businesses in order to complete repairs in a timely manner.

Massachusetts State Appraiser License required. Must be willing to find transportation effectively and have a current standing driver's license. Have Proficiency in CCC ONE. Monday through Friday with availability of overtime or extra hours.

We provide a great work environment for employees and you will be responsible for completing quality appraisals of damaged vehicles to restore these vehicles to their pre-loss condition with a full repair plan. Ensure that proper procedures are followed within appraisals to restore the safety component of the automobile. At the facility you will be responsible for repairs from beginning of the process to the end. Maintaining healthy relationships with every business entity that walks through the door from insurance adjusters, appraisers, and colleagues. We work to build relationships with everyone and continue that business relationship into the future. Provide an open mind business to ensure everyone participates with the TEAM. Everyone plays a part in the success of the business.

Qualifications:

Massachusetts Auto Damage Appraisers License

Knowledge of Estimating and how to effectively write a supplement through a fair appraisal.

Knowledge of computerized estimating system - CCC One

Looking to bring forth good leadership skills and communication with the team. (Communication is the most important thing)

Minimum of 1 years in the collision industry appraising vehicles

Willing to work as a team
