Auto Body Technician
MentorWorks Education Capital, a workforce development company, is looking for an Auto Body Technicianto join one of our employer partners. Candidates will be screened by the MentorWorks team. If selected, the candidate will move on in the process to our employment partner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of collision repair experience
- Ability to demonstrate and properly complete light to heavy repairs
- Knowledge in looking up OEM Procedures
- I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
- Painting Experience not required!
Responsibilities
- Auto Body Technicians make safe, quality repairs following all OEM/Industry Standard Guidelines
- Developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
- Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle
- Assist with supplement process
- Repair collision damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications and company standards, including Alldata & I-CAR
- Attend/collaborate with team during daily morning production meetings
- Organizing parts and keeping customer vehicles clean before, during and after repairs
- Stay up to date with required I-Car and Company Safety Training
- Keep stall and tools clean and maintained after use
Benefits
- Salary/Hourly Options
- Pay Range $60,000-$80,000/$25-$35 per hour (depending on qualification)
