The Auto Body Technician is responsible for making repairs to all Toyota vehicles, restoring them in accordance with industry standards and factory specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to Perform high-quality body repairs, and removal and replacement of new Toyota parts, and installation of parts as needed.
- Paintless dent repair experience preferred or willing to learn.
- Preferred glass removal and installation of windshields, back glass, and encapsulated quarter glass or willing to learn.
- Complete disassembly of the damaged area for refinishing.
- Use proper PPE and respirator as needed for the task.
- Perform light buff and polish and BTU repairs.
- Proficient with the documentation needed for repair orders or ordering parts.
- Must QC work at reassembly to ensure complete and proper repair before sending to clean up.
- Maintains clean workspace and removes trash as needed.
- Maintains all Body shop small tools (glass removal tools, specialty shop-supplied tools, and equipment)
- Assist management and Paint shop associates as needed.
- Adhere to (One-time parts use) as noted on some parts.

Qualifications:
- Auto body repair: 5+ years minimum experience required.
- Toyota certification preferred or willing to learn and certify.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) B3, B4 and B5 Preferred.
- Must be proficient in computer skills.
- Must have a good work/attendance record.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and stoop constantly, with the ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly.
- Must work effectively with associates.
- Must be detail-oriented, quality-minded, and able to follow instructions.
- Must be flexible with needed overtime hours.
- Must be willing to cross-train in other areas.
- Must practice excellent housekeeping.
- Valid driver's license required.
