Auto Body Estimator / Blue printer / Repair Planner position available at Fix Auto Highlands Ranch.Honda / Acura / Subaru Certified Collision Repair Facility and specializing in collision repair for late model and newer vehicles.
An Auto Body Estimator is a professional responsible for assessing the damage to vehicles involved in accidents or other incidents. Their primary role is to inspect the vehicle, analyze the extent of the damage, and determine the repair costs. They use their expertise to evaluate the damage to the vehicle's body, frame, paint, and other components. They may also provide estimates for the cost and time required to repair the vehicle, including parts, labor, and materials.
Fix Auto Highlands Ranch:
- Full Time Position.Monday - Friday (7.45am to 5.15pm).
- Weekends and major holidays off.

Employment Qualifications:
- Ability to learn / use OEM / AllData / Repair Logic / ADASThink
- Experienced candidate in automotive damage estimating with a desire to lead, learn, take pride in their work, flexible and ability to work with others in a team environment.
- I-CAR, ASE, OEM or Industry training a plus.
- Ability to learn and complete training (I-CAR, Honda Certification, Industry).
- Knowledge of CCCOne Estimating & CCCOne Management.
- Experience with parts ordering systems (CCCOne, OpsTrax, OE Connect, Parts Trader).
- Valid driver's license required.
- Has minimum 2 years knowledge of both uni-body and frame based vehicles.
- Compensation depends on experience.
Duties include but are not limited completing and/or assisting in:
- Write / blueprint / document accurate damage estimates and repair plans in a team environment.
- Familiarity with OEM Repair Procedures
- Knowledge and negotiation of DRP and Non-DRP Guidelines.
- Capture jobs that come to the door.
- Repair data research on how to properly repair late model vehicles.
- Ability to learn and improve processes.
- Other related functions.
