The Gregg Young Automotive Group is looking to add an organized, detailed, and driven individual who is filled with initiative to become a member of Fixed Operations TEAM as a Body Shop Estimator at our Chevrolet dealership in Marshalltown IA. Our goal is to provide the best service in our industry. This position requires excellent communication skills. Body Shop Estimator Responsibilities:

• Estimating & pricing parts, labor, and other services
• Be self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to multitask and be self-motivated.
• Coordinate claims with insurance and stay current on current and upcoming claims

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a shop environment
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills, including the ability for self-improvement
• Must have prior estimation experience
