Location: Tempe & Scottsdale, AZ

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Assembly and Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and assembling vehicle bodies, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires expertise in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and using various tools and techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of damaged vehicles to determine necessary repairs
• Perform Auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and framework reconstruction
• Utilize various tools, equipment, and techniques to restore vehicle bodywork
• Conduct structural repairs and alignments according to manufacturer specifications
• Ensure the highest standard of quality and craftsmanship in all repair and assembly work
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new repair methods, and technological advancements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Assembly and Repair Technician or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of Auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
• Proficiency in assessing vehicle damage and determining appropriate repair methods
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and Repair instructions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Certification or training in Auto body repair is a plus

Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
