As an Autism Support Professional - Entry Level at ACES, you have the chance to make a meaningful impact. If you possess empathy and compassion, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients, aiding them in improving their communication, problem-solving skills, and social interactions. Some of our most successful team members have experience as a camp counselor, nanny, preschool teacher, paraprofessional, teacher's aide, or childcare volunteer. All applicants are welcome!
Pay Range: $23 - $29 per hour for clinical work* (based on experience)
Training and Non-Clinical Pay: $16.90 per hour depending on experience / completion of training courses along with prior RBT certification; training can last anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks. ACES pays a different rate for non-clinical work (i.e.travel time, meetings, etc.) performed by team members.
Schedule: ACES provides flexible scheduling, ranging from part-time to nearly full-time hours, providing an adaptable work arrangement to suit varying availability and preferences.

- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
- Good judgement when responding to different situations common among our clients
- Effective and compassionate communication skills when interacting with children and caregivers
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families impacted by autism
- A willingness to learn and comfort navigating tablet technology
- Access to reliable transportation in case of the need to commute to surrounding areas (including schools, ACES locations and client homes).
- Schedule flexibility to conduct sessions at the times most needed by our client's families. We try our best to work with your schedule!
