This position offers:
- $18.00/hr. - $37,440.00/yr.
- Full-Time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday with flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours.

As a Program Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operation of a Community Home for men with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You are also responsible for the delegation of work, assignment of duties, completion of tasks of direct support staff and for supporting the principles and values of self-determination, in accordance with Community Services Group policies and applicable regulations.
This position will require you to be assertive and pro-active, as well as be able to provide a stable and safe environment for the individuals we support. The ability to work with a wide range of behaviors with patience and confidence while assisting the individuals to live self-directed lives is required.
To be successful in this position you must have strong leadership and communication skills; the ability to multitask while providing supervision and guidance to direct support staff; and the ability to provide direct care as needed. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year working experience in programs for individuals with ASD or Intellectual Disabilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Valid driver's license and the willingness to transport individuals within the community in personal or CSG vehicles, including passenger vans.
- Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
