Responsibilities include:
- Need to possess a strong understanding of what qualifies a lead to be transferable to the sales team.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Answer all inbound calls that are presented to you
- Make a great first impression when speaking with leads
- Correctly qualify leads for Aptives service
- Input data into the leads contact record without errors
- Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the sales team
- Have a positive attitude and contribute to Aptives call center culture in a meaningful way
- Expected to have an answer rate of 98%+
Qualifications:
- This is an opportunity for a great career with no experience necessary; we will train you
- High school graduate or GED
