How you will contribute:
Review audit engagement procedures performed by the audit team in a timely and professional mannerPerform detailed audit procedures over various income statement and balance sheet accounts when necessaryUnderstand client service relationships and how to utilize firm resources to provide unmatched client service to existing clientsUse technology tools proficiently in regular assignments and demonstrate a commitment to improving work processes through the use of technologyDemonstrate your ability to recognize problems and propose sensible solutions, with an appropriate balance between client needs and the firm's riskMeet assigned deadlines or budgets and provide advance warning of any variancesAssist in managing, developing, and coaching professional staffParticipate in board and audit committee meetings and presentationsBuild personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunitiesProviding staff with timely performance feedback
We are looking for people with Forward Vision and:
Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneouslyAdvanced analytical and reasoning skillsAbility to travel to serve clientsAbility to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and experience levels both verbally and in writingAbility to maintain professional client relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteA high level of knowledge of current audit and accounting conceptsA desire to provide mentorship and training to other professionalsAn aptitude to recruit and develop firm associates and team membersTeam and engagement management skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related fieldAt least 6 years of relevant audit experienceCPA licenseExperience managing multiple complex client engagements
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry experience in Commercial Banking
