The opportunity:
- Depending on experience, a Manager or Senior Manager role focused on leading the delivery of assurance services for varied clients
- Coach and help develop less-experienced professional staff
- Help identify and address other client needs that we could potentially meet
- Helping grow the firm with potential to advance to a Partner role
- Full-time role with some overtime; occasional travel within one hour of our offices
- Our office locations are in St. Joseph (South Bend) & Elkhart counties in Indiana; and in southwest Michigan
Experience/background desired:
- At least 4-6 years of assurance experience, including managing audit engagements
- A higher amount of experience - and potentially Senior Manager title - will be considered
- Focused experience in non-profit, municipal, or EBP auditing could led to leadership roles in these practice areas
- A passion for forging strong relationships, particularly with owners of closely-held business clients
- A desire to coach and develop less-experienced professional staff
- An active CPA license

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
