Audit Data Control Specialist

Toll International, LLC, in accordance with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PA), is seeking two entry-level Data Control Consultants to support internal audit services.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, track, and maintain cost-plus/time and materials support documentation for construction audit reviews under PA supervision.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management.
• Multitask effectively and manage the flow of documentation between departmental staff.
• Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
• Adhere to existing policies and procedures set forth by the Authority.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to multitask and manage documentation flow efficiently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Exposure to audit work preferred.
• Flexible to work at our offices at One PATH Plaza in Jersey City or potentially under a hybrid remote arrangement.
• Willingness to undergo the onboarding process, including SWAC (Secure Worker Access Consortium), starting from late February to early March.

Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily at One PATH Plaza in Jersey City.

A hybrid remote work arrangement may be available, subject to supervisory approval and in conjunction with agency-wide PA policies.

Some minimal field work may be required.
