JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Audit Delivery team in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of medical records released to requestors. You will report to the Delivery Lead and will help create delivery reports, follow through with internal feedback mechanisms, and assist the duties of the Audit Delivery Specialist.

Entry level job duties include but not limited to:

• Create and maintain delivery reports for the Audit Delivery team
• Follow up with internal feedback mechanisms to ensure that any issues are resolved
• Assist the Audit Delivery Specialist with their duties, such as:
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Working on reporting measures of delivery within the Audit organization
  • Recording any relevant notes on specific requests for further/proper handling throughout the request life cycle
  • Upholding HealthMark Group's values by following our C.R.A.F.T.
  • Working quickly to meet the high-volume demand

Required qualifications:

• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work quickly and diligently, independently, and as part of a team
• Ability to answer basic department questions
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within company departments
• Ability to make intelligent decisions according to department guidelines

Additional skills and experience that would be beneficial:

• Experience with medical record auditing
• Experience with project management

Hourly rate 16.50-17.50 an hour DOE
