AUDITOR ADMIN

Job Summary

  • Full-Time, Monday-Friday – No Nights, No Weekends
  • 37.5 Hour Work Week paid bi-weekly --- $21.55/hour with potential performance increase after 60 days.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend, take notes and participate in Internal Auditors meetings and workshops.
  • Responsible for scheduling, preparing agendas, creating meeting invites and taking notes for scheduled Auditor conference calls and other Auditor related conference calls or webinars
  • Write-off coordinator for the company's Accounts Receivable write-offs process.
  • Monitor, distribute, and follow up with Internal Auditor's Branch Visit reports.
  • Travel arrangements: flights, hotels, rental car reservations for Internal Auditors and Director of Auditing and Accounts Receivable.
  • Create and maintain all current and new Auditing forms, checklists, and processes.
  • Initial contact for branches on daily questions and issues before submitting them to an Auditor.
  • Assist with Internal Auditors on any Company or Auditing project.
  • Create and follow up with Employment Agreements to appropriate personnel.
  • Process resigned accounts after approvals from the Internal Auditor.
  • Process the Credit Card Analysis once a month.
  • Maintain the Auditing Procedural Manual.
  • Coordinate and function as the facilitator with computer software issues with the Company's outside vendor (Cargas).
  • Monitor the Auditor Help Desk.
  • Processing Branch Gratis and spoilage reports each month.
  • Assist with any branch territory account re-assignments.
  • Completing yearly Premium Pay budgets in Great Plains program.
  • Monitor the Customer/Changer process and results.
  • Monitor weekly branch cash collection report and follow up with Auditors/Branches on tardy repots.
  • Maintenance of Central Account parent accounts - two times a year.
  • Participate and help administer the Company's document management program (DocLink).
  • Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
  • All employees who work in the department cross train on the department's responsibilities. This mean you may have to occasionally take on tasks outside of the normal scope of your job.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Regular and predictable attendance; the ability to remain alert and focused while working.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Must have basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to solve practical everyday problems with little to no assistance.
  • Strong Communication and Organizational skills.
  • Must have sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize workload in an efficient manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.55 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
