We are seeking an Audiology Assistant (AA) to join our team. The AA will serve as a point of contact for patients, providing them with the support and guidance they need throughout their hearing care journey. The successful candidate will work closely with all staff members within the organization to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care and attention.
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical support to the audiologist
· Serve as a point of contact for patients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
· Order and track hearing aids, supplies, and returns
· Conduct hearing screenings and assessments, assist with hearing aid fittings
· Assist with hearing aid repairs and maintenance
· Schedule appointments and follow up with patients as needed to ensure timely care
· Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as necessary
· Educate patients and their families about hearing loss, hearing aids, and other treatment options
· Participate in outreach and community events to promote hearing health and raise awareness of audiology services
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate patient records
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
