- This position is PART-TIME
- Perform hearing evaluations for the GA ARNG Service Member who is pre-identified as an H3 or test currently as an H3 in accordance with AR 40‐501 and DA PAM 40‐501
- Conduct examinations in a HIPAA, Privacy Act, and OSHA-compliant government-owned armory.
- Exam results shall be entered into the MODS/MEDCHART module of MODS or an applicable substitute and be provided to the Deputy State Surgeon of the GA ARNG.
- The provider shall document the results on the same day examinations are performed.
- Annotate and enter services into the Speech Recognition of Noise Test (SPRINT), Chronological Record of Medical Care, Comprehensive Audiological Evaluation form, and/or appropriate document.
- Provide all documentation concerning medical treatment to the GAARNG.
- Provide maintenance and calibrate hearing machines as necessary.
- Other audiologist administrative related duties as required.
- MUST be accredited by the ASHA (American Speech and Hearing Association).
- MUST possess an unencumbered Audiologist license for the State of Georgia
- MUST possess at least 1-3 years of recent experience conducting hearing evaluations, preferably with Service Members of the U.S. Military
- MUST be proficient with Army Regulations for Medical Readiness
- MUST have knowledge and experience with MODS, and MEDCHART.
- MUST possess experience with SRPs and other weekend events.

- Ft. Stewart, Georgia & Clay National Guard Center (CNGC) in Marietta,
- Hours of operation
- 0600 AM EST- 1800 PM EST
- Employees may be scheduled to work some weekends for medical readiness events*(I.e., SRP's and MOB, etc.)
- Employees will be scheduled to work eight (8) to ten (10) hour shifts (within the mentioned hours of operation) every 3rd and 4th Thursday of each month (with acceptations of federal holidays) and twelve (12) hour shifts during quarterly medical readiness events.
