Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine the detailed material list and account for all job costs associated with projects assigned.
- Create or coordinate with CAD resources to create submittal and installation documentation that is required for a given project.
- Support troubleshooting of issues in the field at the request of assistance from a Lead Installer.
- Provide a detailed material list and account for all job costs associated with projects assigned.
- Adjust communications to fit the audience and message. Shares information freely and openly and with other stakeholder groups.
- Partner with RoomReady operations team to deliver the scope and intent of the proposed solution for implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical understanding
- Experience with Division 27 Specifications
- Superb problem-solving skills
- High aptitude for learning
- Highly adaptable to change
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office
- Must be capable of working well both independently or as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- CTS or ability to achieve within 6 months of employment.
- Strong aptitude and desire to learn AV design and systems engineering.
- Strong work ethic, drive, and aptitude may be considered in lieu of, for the right candidate.
- A preferred candidate will be a CTS-I or CTS-D
Compensation & Benefits
The hiring range starts at $75,000 (more depending on qualifications) per year depending on experience and location. This position must report in-person to the Beaverton, OR office on a hybrid schedule, some remote work is possible. A comprehensive benefits package includes low cost/or free employee medical, employer full paid dental, and vision, along with a 401(k) option. Paid time off and paid holidays.
