Audio Visual Operations Manager

We are searching for an Audio VisualOperations Managerto work at The Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, CA.

The Audio Visual Operations Manager willassist and advise assigned Hotel Technicians in their day to day operations, to ensure that all levels of service and standards of operations are met and exceed in the perception of our clients and customers.

Primary responsibilities of theAudio VisualOperations Manager include, but not limited to:

• Ensuring that Hotel Technicians are positively interacting with Hotel Staff to maximize effectiveness of sales and service.
• Monitor training of all Hotel Technicians including but not limited to: appearance, technical skills, sales, customer service, maintenance of equipment, safety, relationship building and customer complaints.
• Schedule staff weekly
• Inventory Control
• Interface with operational departments
• Assist with hiring, training and coaching Hotel Technicians as required
• Provide directorship training for each staff technician.
• Work closely with technicians
• Maintain high visibility within assigned location.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Flexible with work schedule

Must Have Requirements of theAudio VisualOperations Manager:

• Complete knowledge of hotel operations.
• 4 years or more experience as an Audio Visual Technician.
• Excellent organization, communication and motivational skills.
• Service oriented with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Possess the ability to manage and work with many different types of people and personalities on many different levels.

The compensation for this role is $70,000-$75,000 per year, depending on experience.
