Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Audio-Video Commercial Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, commissioning, and support for our clients' AV systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of audio-video technologies, including but not limited to Crestron, Biamp, QSC, Shure, Logitech, Poly, and Extron.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of audio-video systems according to project specifications.
- Perform system troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines.
- Provide comprehensive training and technical support to end-users on system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audio-video system integration, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in configuring and programming AV control systems, particularly Crestron and Extron.
- Strong understanding of digital signal processing (DSP) technologies, including Biamp, QSC, and Shure.
- Familiarity with video conferencing solutions such as Logitech and Poly.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry certifications such as Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP), Extron Control Professional (ECP), CTS or similar is a plus.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
