Attorney Needed for Family Run Real Estate Company. Flexible Schedule. Candidate will be handling all the legal matters for a Real Estate Company and its Ownership. This in house position entails but is not limited to the following duties:

Prepare UD actions

Prepare Breach of Contract suits

Prepare and Send Demand letters

Collection Matters

Civil Matters

Proofread and Assist Management in collection of Rents and outstanding balances.

UD and civil trial appearance (additional payment for these)

Establish payment plans and terms with tenants who have fallen delinquent

Draft legal documents

Proofread vendor contracts

Proofread Leases drafted by management

Assist in the normal day to day operations of a Real Estate Company and its ownership.

No Insurance is required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
